Upper Limb Specialist Physiotherapy
We treat a wide range of upper limb injuries and problems, with particular expertise in helping shoulder and elbow problems:
The common problems we see are:
Rotator Cuff Injury, Shoulder Dislocation, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Golfer’s Elbow, RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury), Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Shoulder bursitis, shoulder impingement, Post Fracture Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries.
Upper limb injuries can be a result of acute trauma (you twisted your elbow), overuse (tennis elbow), or poor biomechanics (shoulder impingement). We have a huge amount of experience treating these injuries and most of them are successfully treated with a good course of physiotherapy. While as a clinic we are involved in elite tennis, we also have expertise in managing what is often common postural or work related upper limb pain.
The way to treat any injury is to have it properly assessed by some of the best physiotherapists in London. Most of the time we can diagnose you immediately, and begin treatment. Only occasionally do we need to arrange a scan to get a clearer diagnosis. However if we need to do that we can arrange it on the day we see you.
If you’ve got an upper limb injury or pain, contact us now.
